Is it just me or has the term marriage lost its sanctity? I do not understand why the Canadian conservatives care so much on the issue of same sex marriage. I think it is because they live a sham life/marriage, so they need to meddle in others’. When 1 in 2 marriages these days end in divorce, what does a stupid piece of paper mean really? After six months of living with someone you are deemed in the eyes of the law common law, and you both are screwed when you eventually seperate.
